Shipping & Returns

1. Delivery Conditions

Orders are shipped within **1-3 business days** after confirmation. Domestic shipments are handled via our contracted courier companies. No shipments are made on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fee: Shipping is **free** for dental tray orders placed through our website.

2. Cancellation and Return Policy

Orders can be cancelled by providing notice before they are dispatched. Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.

Return Criteria: Due to the nature of our dental products, items to be returned must have their **protective packaging unopened**, be unused, and undamaged. Products with broken packaging cannot be accepted for return due to clinical hygiene rules.

3. Damaged and Missing Shipments

If there is damage, crushing, or wetness on the package when receiving your shipment, please have the courier officer prepare a formal report. You can contact us at info@five7null.com for damaged products.

Teslimat ve Ýade Koþullarý

Sipariþleriniz onaylandýktan sonra **1-3 iþ günü** içerisinde kargoya verilir. Yurtiçi gönderimler anlaþmalý kargo firmalarýmýz aracýlýðýyla yapýlýr. Hafta sonu ve resmi tatillerde gönderim yapýlmamaktadýr.

Kargo Ücreti: Sitemiz üzerinden yapýlan dental tray sipariþlerinde kargo **ücretsizdir**.

2. Ýptal ve Ýade Åžartlarý

Sipariþiniz kargoya verilmeden önce bilgi verilerek iptal edilebilir. Ürün teslim alýndýktan sonra 14 gün içinde iade edilebilir.

Ýade Kriterleri: Dental ürünlerimizin doðasý gereði, iade edilecek ürünlerin **koruyucu ambalajýnýn açýlmamýþ**, kullanýlmamýþ ve hasar görmemiþ olmasý gerekmektedir. Klinik hijyen kurallarý gereði ambalajý bozulan ürünler iade alýnamaz.

3. Hasarlý ve Eksik Gönderiler

Kargonuzu teslim alýrken paket üzerinde hasar, ezilme veya ýslaklýk varsa lütfen kargo görevlisine tutanak tutturunuz. Hasarlý ürünler için info@five7null.com adresinden bizimle iletiþime geçebilirsiniz.
