Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

1. Parties

Seller: five7null Dental Storefront (Email: info@five7null.com)

Buyer: Clinician or professional user placing an order through the website.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the five7null website belonging to the Seller.

3. Product Information and Pricing

The type, quantity, sale price, and payment method of the products are as stated in the order form. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within **14 (fourteen) days** starting from the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the address they indicated, without giving any justification and without paying any penalty. Custom-produced or hygiene-sensitive dental products can be returned as long as their protective packaging is not opened.

5. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value declared annually by the T.R. Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts for disputes above this value, are authorized in the resolution of disputes.

Mesafeli Satış Sözleşmesi

Bu sözleşme, Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği uyarınca tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini belirler.

1. Taraflar

Satıcı: five7null Dental Storefront (E-posta: info@five7null.com)

Alıcı: Web sitesi üzerinden sipariş veren klinisyen veya profesyonel kullanıcı.

2. Konu

İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Alıcı'nın Satıcı'ya ait beşyedi sıfır (five7null) internet sitesinden elektronik ortamda siparişini yaptığı ürünlerin satışı ve teslimi ile ilgili olarak tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin saptanmasıdır.

3. Ürün Bilgileri ve Fiyatlandırma

Ürünlerin cinsi, miktarı, satış bedeli ve ödeme şekli sipariş formunda belirtildiği gibidir. Tüm fiyatlara aksi belirtilmedikçe KDV dahildir.

4. Cayma Hakkı

Alıcı, ürünün kendisine veya gösterdiği adresteki kişiye/kuruluşa tesliminden itibaren **14 (on dört) gün** içinde, herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin cayma hakkına sahiptir. Özel üretim veya hijyen hassasiyeti olan diş hekimliği ürünleri koruyucu ambalajı açılmadığı sürece iade edilebilir.

5. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

Uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde T.C. Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından her yıl ilan edilen değere kadar Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu değerin üzerindeki uyuşmazlıklarda ise Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
